suite... Pour une réussite du mix, utiliser une console analogique style "beurre de Normandie" laisser reposer le mix au moins 3 jours et revenir avec des oreilles fraîches pour déguster ! Hello, Prendre la batterie, séparer la grosse caisse de la caisse claire, mettre un peu de cymbale de côté, faire chauffer la voix délicatement avec un compresseur marie, boire régulièrement un verre de Bordeaux "Chateau EQ (em)" utiliser deux sous-bols (sorry deux Reverb) et monter peu à peu le son, soyez patients...

This is an irresponsible video. Melting couverture-quality chocolate is *dangerous*. Once you start going down that road, it only leads to obsession. Soon you'll find yourself wanting to make truffles, and then—God forbid!—wanting to *temper* chocolate. For those already headed down that road (alas, I am among them), if you find yourself needing to melt chocolate more than a few times a year, get a ChocoMaker chocolate melter ( If you have a Hobby Lobby near you, look at their web site for their frequent coupons -> just $25.

Salut Fabrice. C'est cool de voir des vidéos comme ça :) De la. Vieille école en plus, monter les oeufs en neige sans Batteur ;) Elle a l'air bonne, mais l'est elle autant que celle de ma grand-mère' ? Si un jour tu passe à Nice, fr. Faster way to melt chocolate (trust me): put the chocolate in a pan ( in pieces) - pour boiling water right over it - let it rest for a minute (or even less) - pour out the water gently (because the melted chocolate is going to follow right behind it), et voilà! Very important: when the boiling water is in the pan with the chocolate -> ne pas touiller! (don't mix, otherwise you will have a beverage also known as chocolat chaud).
