suite... Pour une réussite du mix, utiliser une console analogique style "beurre de Normandie" laisser reposer le mix au moins 3 jours et revenir avec des oreilles fraîches pour déguster !

This is an irresponsible video. Melting couverture-quality chocolate is *dangerous*. Once you start going down that road, it only leads to obsession. Soon you'll find yourself wanting to make truffles, and then—God forbid!—wanting to *temper* chocolate.
