Salut Fabrice. C'est cool de voir des vidéos comme ça :) De la. Vieille école en plus, monter les oeufs en neige sans Batteur ;) Elle a l'air bonne, mais l'est elle autant que celle de ma grand-mère' ? Si un jour tu passe à Nice, fr. Viens donc la goûter au studio, on la mangera après un bon pan bagnat ;) PS: un bonjour à toute l'équipe de puremix et merci pour votre travail... C'est très enrichissant! Bon réveillon à tous!

Faster way to melt chocolate (trust me): put the chocolate in a pan ( in pieces) - pour boiling water right over it - let it rest for a minute (or even less) - pour out the water gently (because the melted chocolate is going to follow right behind it), et voilà! Very important: when the boiling water is in the pan with the chocolate -> ne pas touiller! (don't mix, otherwise you will have a beverage also known as chocolat chaud).

Oh Fab!! Ooooh la la! I am going to do this! This recipe is tres manifique (I think thats spelled right - hmmmm) - I will however not attempt to mix it on my SSL , as the English know nothing about cooking!
